So start by using Retinol once a week at night as you build tolerance ,Okayyy with time you can be doing 3X a week at night

You can use it with Peptides , Hyaluronic acid , Niacinamide or moisturizer in the same routine .

Use sandwich method while using it ,Like apply a thin layer of moisturizer ,THIN LAYER then Retinol then apply Moisturizer .Please ensure spf 30 AND above is in your skincare routine while using retinol ,SAWA ama you will Tan and be more darker than you were . ONLY RULE IS APPLY TO SLIGHTLY DAMP SKIN to seal in the moisture and hydration , Do not apply on DRY SKIN . Doesn’t cause breakouts but to some people it may cause a slight rash especially if you are using 5000 things on the skin at once.

Niacinamide – Pore perfecting serum.

Can be used day or night and can be used daily however we recommend using it after every 1 day ,like skip a day then use it

Also try not using Vitamin C serum and niacinamide in the same routine ,like let each serum babe shine.

Glycolic Toner – Mega exfoliant

I repeat This is not a daily toner , Sing after me ,THIS IS NOT A DAILY TONER ,This is an exfoliant AHA TONER meaning it exfoliates the skin

Use this at night preferably after a mild cleanser or bar soap or Licorice soap ,Do not use it the same time as salicylic acid cleanser .

Salicylic acid cleanser /BHA BABE .

Physical / Mineral Sunscreen .

They use inorganic filters meaning they are good helpers to UVA related issues like hyperpigmentation and wrinkles , That is why You can not use Vitamin C serum and Retinol and fail to use SPF after , you will be doing zero work for the hyperpigmentation .

They are ideal for babies and people with sensitive skin especially zinc oxide formulas .

Only disadvantage of these mineral sunscreen is that they can cause that WHITE CAST especially to people of color ,Brown skin girls and can be difficult to spread into the skin.

Mineral sunscreens are not water proof and you need to keep re-applying it onto your skin.

Chemical Sunscreen.

They are made of a variety of organic filters which absorb the UV rays and changing the UV rays chemical structure in the skin ,Mostly comes as a cream and spray .

They don’t leave white cast and they are easier to apply ,This chemical sunscreen sounds like Heaven yaaah …. Only issue is ,it is not advisable for sensitive skin ,may cause inflammation and may exacerbate your skin conditions like rosacea / melasma .

The Laroche Anthelios melt in milk spf 60 is a chemical sunscreen .

So which is the best sunscreen ,NONE or neither ,Both are the best .There is no winner .

Just choose a sunscreen you can wear daily , one you love in terms of feel ,smell and touch . One you feel is very compatible with you ,remember Skincare is not an all size fits all .

Before I purchase any product even for resell ,I search all the ingredients used as well as the product reviews ,The internet never lies .Why is this necessary cause some of you buy products meant to dry skin to use on your Oily skin .
